All content on the Zadi platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is the property of Zadi or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright and trademark laws.
Vendors retain ownership of their business information, logos, and images uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, vendors grant Zadi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
Customers may view and print coupons for personal use only. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell coupons without authorization.
Zadi reserves the right to charge fees for certain premium services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Any payments made through the Platform are processed securely. Vendors are responsible for all costs associated with their coupon campaigns and any applicable platform fees.
Zadi acts as a platform connecting vendors and customers. We are not responsible for:
We strive to provide continuous access to our Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Zadi's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zadi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
